The Oak and Priest Wine Company is a venture by movie producer Chad Oakes (Nomadic Pictures, producers of Van Helsing, Hell on Wheels, and Farbo) and television star and producer Jason Priestley (known for Private Eyes and Beverly Hills 90210). They had invested in (and successfully sold) Black Hills Estate Winery, but wanted to stay in the wine business. In 2008, with their love of big, bold Californian wines, Jason & Chad approached the sought-after Napa wine makers, Les Behrens & Lisa Drinkward (Behrens Family Winery) to collaborates on some special vintages. Only 125 cases of each vintage arre made.
